“Chase” is our new,
neighbour's dog next door.
He makes at times,
Ron's head rather Sore!
He's only a puppy and
full of life, in fact he's
quite a handful!
Ronnie walks “Chase” regular.
He goes off up the road,
with his harness on.
Once in the dark I saw him
with a flashing lighted collar.
Once Ron, took him at 5:30am!
Ron, goes taking him upon
his walk, Chase as lively as a cricket
and a bark and intelligence as sharp
and as keen as mustard.
I wonder at times who controls who?
Is it Ron, & Ann? Or is it our
Boisterous and lovely “Chase”?
“Chase”, when at home digs up plants
from the garden, its his bone, he's lost and
digs for. Then when he sleep's, he's dreaming
“There's no place like home”!
