- Cries For Help. -

Upon our darkest hour,

the Depression comes about.

Feeling's of hopelessness and despair,

our lives it does impair.

Cries for help from within oneself,

but no one hears these cries,

except for the voices inside's one's head.

So we feel best tucked up in a cosy warm bed.

The doctor's and nurses do their best,

to prescribe pill's when we feel so ill,

but nothing can spare the thought's and care's,

that whirl about inside our head's.

Delusion's come, Delusion's go.

Lethargy too causes such woe.

Sleepless night's and restless day's,

for our illness there's such a price to pay.
